I love how you got each character's personality just right!
And you did this with traditional media? Excellent. You really have a knack for this. The shading is excellent and the background is nice and not distracting from the characters. I like the circular motion of the clouds, keeps to the anime/manga style. And the stippling in the sky is a nice touch.
You did really well with the details of the uniforms without overdoing it and making it gaudy.
Each character has a different facial expression which makes this picture much more interesting than all smiles.
